Yes, we can help you to share our recommendation and make a reservation.

Is it possible to leave the luggages before check in?

Yes, it is available from 7a.m. After check out you can also leave the luggages until 11p.m.

Can we extend our time of stay?

Please contact the Lounge. 
Early check in and late check out will be charged as follows,

  • Early Check in : 13:00-16:00 ¥3,300/per hour 

  • Late Check out : 12:00-14:00 ¥3,300/per hour

What are the cancellation charges?

We will charge 100% for the cancellation fee 5 days prior to arrival date.

Can we reserve Rooftop Sauna & Bath and Isolation Tank after arrival?

Yes, please ask us for availability.

Can we get a receipt of the payment?

We can issue a receipt only for payments made on site. If your reservation was made in advance payment, a receipt will be issued from the page where you made your reservation.
